A full inventory inspection is taken at the rental property, itemising all fixtures, fittings, contents and the condition of the property. This includes details of doors, walls, ceilings, floors, carpets, skirting boards, paintwork, radiators, windows, sockets, as well as the cleanliness of the property.
Our inventory reports include the following:
- Detailed and accurate PDF report within 48 hours
- Embedded photographs of the property within report
- Clear photographic evidence of any damage/condition issues
- Photographs stored and available in hi-res format for future requirement
- Condition of white goods including make/model number (where accessible)
- Meter readings with serial numbers and location (where accessible)
